Creator partner terms

These terms apply to anyone Embrace Health Tracking ("Embrace", "we") gives a partner link to share Embrace. We send them to you by email before your link works, and replying to accept, or using the link, means you agree to them.

What you earn

You earn 40% of what a family pays Embrace on our website (embracehealthapp.com) for the first 12 months after that family's first payment, when the family joined through your link. Payments made through Apple's App Store, taxes, and amounts that are refunded or charged back are not included. A family belongs to the first partner link it used, and to only one partner.

When you are paid

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, in case of a refund, and then becomes owed. We pay monthly once $25 or more is owed to you, in the currency the families paid, by a method we agree with you. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

What your audience gets

Anyone who joins through your link gets a 30-day trial instead of the usual 14 days. A card is needed to start, and they can cancel at any time before the trial ends.

What we ask of you

• Label your posts as a paid partnership, as the advertising rules in Canada and the United States require.
• Make no medical or health claims about Embrace, and promise no results. Embrace keeps track of health information; it does not diagnose, treat or advise.
• Say nothing false or misleading about Embrace, and we will say nothing false or misleading about you.
• Do not send unsolicited messages with your link, and do not buy search ads on the name Embrace.

What you see

Your partner page shows clicks, sign-ups, paying families, and what is held, owed and paid. It never shows who joined or anything a family records.

Changes and ending

Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. Commissions already earned are still paid once their 30 days have passed. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before we change the rate.
